PBM-RBC JV is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Joint Venture (JV) that brings together Penobscot Bay Media LLC (PenBay Media) and RB Consulting, Inc. (RBCI) to serve Defense, Civilian and Commercial customers with our combined resources and talents.

PenBay Media is an experienced small business provider of web design and application development, GIS support, video production, training programs, on-site IT support and other technology services to federal government and commercial clients.
